Who?
Raphinha
Where?
What?
Liverpool 'target' Raphinha is set to 'snub' interest from other Premier League clubs in favour of a move to Barcelona, according to reports in Spain.
The Reds' interest in the Brazilian is no secret, but that appears to have subsided in recent times following the signings of Luis Diaz and Nunez. However, it seems Raphinha could still be on the move this window with the Camp Nou the likely destination.
Outlet Mundo Deportivo suggests Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool have all 'expressed' interest in the player but he will turn down 'more lucrative' offers in favour of Barcelona. Reports earlier in the summer indicated Spain was his preferred destination, but a deal has not yet been done.
A further report from SPORT claims if it wasn't for the player's agent, Raphinha may have already signed for another English club. They claim Deco 'gave his word' to Barcelona that his client would not move anywhere else while they attempt to resolve their financial situation.
Who?
Marco Asensio
Where?
What?
Liverpool are one of the club's 'interested' in Real Madrid's Marco Asensio, with reports in Spain this week linking the Reds with the £35m-rated playmaker.
AS claim there are 'several' clubs that have the 26-year-old on their agenda this summer with Liverpool especially keen. However, the report adds that the player is looking for a move that would see him become a key player but that's 'unlikely' to happen at Anfield given the players already at the club.
It is understood Liverpool's incoming transfers are completed for this summer, with midfield the priority in 2023.
Who?
Nicolo Barella
Where?
What?
Inter Milan have 'placed' a €90 million (£77m) price tag on rumoured Liverpool target Nicolo Barella, according to reports in Italy.
Corriere dello Sport (via sempreInter ) claim the Reds continue to show interest in the midfielder, but given he has shown no desire to leave, Inter will 'only listen to offers' in the region of €90 million. It adds that the Serie A giants want to avoid replacing Barella this summer due to his importance in the team.
The 25-year-old joined Inter in 2020 and signed a fresh contract extension last year. His current deal runs until 2026, which puts Inter Milan in a strong position as they have no reason to sell the player.
