Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp outlines unique Joe Gomez 'combination' after signing new deal

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has hailed Joe Gomez's as 'outstanding' after the defender penned a new five-year contract with the club on Thursday afternoon.

Gomez, whose current deal was due to expire in the summer of 2024, has been an integral part of the Liverpool squad that has won the Champions League, Super Cup, Club World Cup, Premier League, FA Cup and League Cup in recent years and his manager believes his contract is a major coup for the Reds.

“Joe is an outstanding talent," Klopp told Liverpoolfc.com.
