Liverpool interest in Leeds United talisman will not be deterred by major January signing

Liverpool’s January signing of FC Porto winger Luis Diaz will not affect their pursuit of Leeds United talisman Raphinha.

That is according to the Athletic, who claim that the Reds remain keen on signing Raphinha in the summer, despite the addition of Diaz last month, who plays in the same position as the Brazilian.

Jurgen Klopp is reportedly looking to continue his revamp of Liverpool’s current front three, with Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah all around the age of 30.
