Many Liverpool supporters took to the streets to welcome home their side on Sunday afternoon despite losing the Champions League final against Real Madrid.
Jurgen Klopp 's side fell to a 1-0 defeat in Paris on the weekend thanks to Vinicius Jr's second-half strike. The Reds had chances to score and forced Thibaut Courtois into some excellent saves, including one from Sadio Mane whose effort appeared to be flying towards the bottom corner.
However, the Reds still received a warm welcome when they conducted their victory parade after winning both the Carabao Cup and the FA Cup. The disappointment at the Stade de France was a mere distant memory when the bus turned onto the Strand and was engulfed by a sea of red.
