Liverpool have confirmed that youngster Bobby Clark has signed his first professional contract at the club.
The Reds signed the versatile teenager last August from Newcastle United, with no fee being reported for the deal.
The youngster typically plays as a forward, but has also been utilised in midfield on several occasions since he moved to Merseyside.
Clark, son of former Newcastle favourite Lee Clark, has been a regular figure for Liverpool’s Under-18 side this season under the tutelage of Marc Bridge-Wilkinson.

Having only turned 17 earlier this week, Liverpool have acted quickly to get Clark tied down to his first professional contract.
Clark has also made one appearance for Liverpool’s Under-23 side this season, and featured in the club’s final UEFA Youth League group match against AC Milan in December.
So far this season, Clark has made 16 appearances across all levels for Liverpool, scoring five goals.
The 17-year-old has also featured for the England Under-16s in his young career, and Liverpool have placed their faith in the teenager by handing him his first professional deal.
Liverpool have shown a fine-tuned approach to snapping up high-level talents, both domestically and abroad, who are ready for the U18 team - and perhaps even beyond.
Kaide Gordon, Callum Scanlon and Stefan Bajcetic are just some of the other young talents Liverpool have brought to the club over the last 18 months.
