Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is known admirer of Tottenham Hotspur forward Son Heung-Min and the German has admitted his 'regret' at not bringing him to Anfield.
The South Korean was injured as Liverpool beat Spurs 2-1 on Sunday evening in North London thanks to two first half goals from Mohamed Salah before Harry Kane pulled a goal back for the home side.
Son has now spent seven years in the Premier League after signing for Spurs from Bayer Leverkusen for a fee of around £22 million. The 30-year-old was level at the top of the goalscoring ranks with Salah last season as they shared the Golden Boot.
