Zelensky accuses Russians of 'cowardly silence' over Dnipro attack

President Volodymyr Zelensky on Sunday condemned Russian people's "cowardly silence" following the missile strike on a tower block in the city of Dnipro that has killed at least 30 people. As rescue efforts continue, the mayor of Dnipro has said the chances of recovering more survivors from the rubble is now "minimal". Follow our blog to see how the day's events unfolded.
