The 25-year-old took to her Instagram page to share the happy news as she showed off her engagement ring.

"I was like, "duh." #engagedyall," she simply captioned the close-up snap of her hand.

The two celebrated at a restaurant called Geoffrey's in Malibu. Ira also shared a few pictures of the occasion.

In the first two snaps, he had his arm around her shoulder as she flashed her ring for the camera.

The final photo was of Abigail holding up a lobster head as they enjoyed a steak and seafood dinner at the popular eatery.

She wrote on social media: "My daddy... Oh wow. Hard to write this. Harder than I thought. I'm in shock and devastation.

"At 6:32 PM EST, my sweet, perfect, amazing, heroic, wonderful dada passed away after my family and I said goodbye. It was COVID-19 that cut my sweet daddy's life too short."
