A Florida Chick-fil-A customer buys the Chick-n-Minis, which comes with four chicken nuggets in mini biscuits. However, she’s horrified when she sees the inside of the chicken.
In a video with over 42,000 views, TikToker B (@_allthingsb) sits in her car after picking up her Chick-fil-A order.
She holds up a half-eaten Chick-n-Mini to the camera, showing a gelatinous, dark pink mass in the middle of the nugget. It appears uncooked, but doesn’t resemble raw chicken breast.
“I bit this [expletive]. I swallowed this [expletive]. It looks like it’s rotten,” she laments. “I’m so disturbed.”
How did the manager address the Chick-n-Mini issue?
The TikToker then shows a clip of her bringing the Chick-n-Minis back into the store. She shows the manager the mass inside the nugget.
The manager asks her if she wants a refund and tells her the corporate phone number is on Google. However, she believes that the manager underreacted to the situation.
In the caption, she writes, “THIS HAS COMPLETELY LOST ME!!! From the quality of the customer service of the manager, who seemed very underwhelmed by this extreme issue! Thankfully, I did not ingest much more of this after looking at my food.”
In a follow-up video, B says she contacted the health department and Chick-fil-A customer service, but recieved no reply.
How did viewers react to the situation?
In the comments, viewers express their disgust after seeing the mass inside the Chick-n-Mini.
“I would’ve PUKED EVERYWHERE,” one writes. B responds, “I wish it would just come up – I’ve been nauseous!! It’s not fun!”
“I would have been outwardly angry, gotten a refund, and then sued. That’s despicable,” a second remarks.
“Ugghhh.. you did it..this is etched in my mind forever. Will never eat there again !!” another says.
Others share similar experiences with receiving inedible food from Chick-fil-A.
“Last week I received a raw sausage biscuit,” a commenter shares.
“I got a raw breakfast biscuit last Friday. They refunded my meal and Im great full But they have truly fell off here in Florida It’s not the same,” another writes.
“I got salmonella a couple of weeks ago eating the grilled nuggets .. I’m so good on them,” a third adds.
“This is why I stopped getting the chicken minis a few years ago because that’s how mine would always look,” a fourth viewer says.
@_allthingsbi @chicfila @Chicfila this LITERALLY MADE ME SICK TO MY STOMACH! As anybody else, I've always enjoyed being able to hold #chicfila to a higher standard- BUT THIS HAS COMPLETELY LOST ME!!! From the qaulity of the customer service of the Manager that seemed very underwhelmed by this extreme issue! Thankfully, I did not ingest much more of this after looking at my food. Josh refunded me my money & informed me that I could find corporate's number on Google, which I did not have much luck. DO BETTER!! #fy#fyp#customerservice#foodpoison ♬ original sound – B ? lifestyle creator
