List of WRs set to be available to Titans in 2023 NFL free agency

One of the Tennessee Titans’ biggest needs to address during the 2023 offseason comes at the wide receiver position.

Tennessee’s group was one of the worst in the NFL in 2022. The unit lacked speed, size and was abysmal at getting separation, while also struggling with drops.

The Titans have already begun overhauling the room after the team parted ways with last year’s leading receiver, Robert Woods, who was very much part of the problem.

With a full rebuild of the unit rapidly approaching, at least the Titans have a nice young piece to build around in Treylon Burks, who flashed major potential during his first season.

Kyle Philips is another intriguing piece who will remain in Nashville, but after an injury-plagued first season, he’s not someone Tennessee can fully depend on for a major role.

The Titans desperately need to add both size and speed to the receivers room, something they’ll attempt to do through the draft in April. However, the team should be looking at the free-agent market for help, also.

The problem for the Titans is this year’s crop of free-agent wideouts is very weak, which could lead to some getting overpaid, which isn’t ideal for the cash-strapped Titans.
