Lisa Armstrong woke up to an adorable love letter from her boyfriend James Green.
The make-up artist took to her Instagram page to share the little note he left for her while she was sleeping.
She captioned the picture of the letter: "What a gorgeous way to wake up on this beautiful day!! @james_green83 Such a lovely note…. Made me smile!! #haventjustwokeupjusthadtimetopost."
The letter had him tell her that he was out on a run.
"You looked so peaceful and beautiful when you were asleep," he said. "I've put the intercom on 'Do Not Disturb' so you can sleep.
"I love you. Let's order breakfast when you're awake xxx J."
Friends and fans of the ex-wife of Ant McPartlin loved the thought behind the note.
"Ohhhh," Bake Off's 2016 winner Candice Brown wrote along with a couple of heart emojis.
Steph McGovern commented: "OMG! My heart," while Ola Jordan added: "He’s a keeper."
Gemma Atkinson posted: "Oh bless him," while one follower said: "After all you’ve been through, it’s so nice to read your happy posts. You deserve happiness."
"That really is beautiful and thoughtful! He’s a keeper!" another user commented.
Lisa has been head over heels for James after having a difficult divorce with TV presenter Ant.
Lisa and Ant announced their separation in 2018 and divorced after 23 years together in 2020.

Lisa has found love again with her new beau electrician James, with close friends saying she is happier than ever.
A source told Closer magazine: “Their friends wouldn’t be surprised if there was an exciting announcement coming soon, and they suspect James may have proposed in LA during their romantic break.
“Lisa has said she would love to get married on the beach in Malibu, as it’s one of her favourite places in the world.”
They continued: “She’s told James she would love for a beach wedding and he’s hinted at a holiday proposal, which of course makes her very happy and would bring her joy.
“LA holds a special place in her heart as it helped her heal and she truly believes it was a trip there that helped her to rebuild after her divorce and put her in the right headspace to fall in love again.”
