Trinity Benson’s second stint with the Detroit Lions did not end well for the wide receiver. Benson was placed on injured reserve by the Lions after injuring his knee in his first game back in a Lions uniform.
Benson played in just the Week 10 matchup in Chicago after being signed back to Detroit off the practice squad of the Denver Broncos. The wideout was injured on a play where the Bears defender covering him was penalized for an illegal hands to the face, though it’s Benson’s knee that is the issue.
