Following the draw, Lotto bosses confirmed that the winning ticket was sold in Limerick, with the store location likely to be confirmed in the coming days.

Meanwhile, €5.8million was up for grabs in the main draw and the numbers picked were 11, 13, 15, 17, 30 and 47 with the bonus number 02.
However, there was no winner of the main jackpot on Saturday or the Lotto Plus 1 top prize of €1 million.
It was later confirmed that 106,000 players won smaller prizes in the Lotto and Lotto Plus draws.
Meanwhile, the National Lottery has confirmed that it has fully resolved the technical issue which affected a small number of players at the weekend from winning big.
The problems were occurring when customers attempted to purchase tickets in retail stores with a playslip and were selecting a combination of Quick Pick and Manual panel selections.
In a statement a spokesperson said: “The vast majority of our customers did not experience any difficulties when purchasing their tickets and no customers were charged for selections which were not processed correctly.
“Once alerted to the issue, we immediately engaged with our relevant IT service suppliers to restore full functionality to our systems, and we can confirm that all terminals which were temporarily affected are now fully operational.
“We again apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
