Last week, Rockstar released a remastered version of Red Dead Redemption 1, bringing the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the games up to modern standards.
The Xbox 360 version of the game was part of Microsoft's backwards compatibility program, and already had FPS and resolution enhancements on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S owing to platform enhancements. This new version replaces that one, and Rockstar was offering it as a free upgrade for users on the old school version ... however, the entitlements didn't work for almost a full week.
