Lidl is now selling a weighted blanket that has had rave reviews online, and for £20 less than the recommended retail price.
The budget retailer's middle aisle is notorious for its non-food offers, with limited edition items appearing there and often selling out quickly. And as Lidl says, when it's gone, it's gone.
Lidl is currently selling a Silentnight 6.8kg weighted blanket for £39.99, while the RRP is £60.

The blanket has racked up plenty of five star reviews on the Silentnight website. One happy customer said: "I was so impressed with this purchase. I bought it for my 23yr old son for Christmas and he loves it.
"I was undecided whether to go for the 9kg one or this one. After feeling this, I think the 9kg might have been too heavy, this one is plenty heavy enough. I have to say I am tempted to buy one for myself now!"
Another said: "I got one after borrowing my husband's and my sleep is so so much better. I sleep solidly most of the time and I am a very bad sleeper normally. It is a total comfort. My daughter has now asked for one!", and a third said: "Great price for a great product. Not too hot but keeps you very cosy and snug. Highly recommend."
A fourth added: "The weighted blanket is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I can now sleep soundly and am enjoying the benefits of undisturbed sleep.
