Lidl follows rival Aldi in offering jobs to Ukrainian refugees

Hundreds of Ukrainian refugees arriving in the UK could be fast-tracked into jobs at Lidl, the supermarket chain has announced.

The company has contacted the UK government to offer jobs to newly arrived Ukrainians, as it prepares to open a regional distribution centre in Luton, creating 1,200 jobs.
