Love Island fans were in for a shock as Liam Llewellyn said he was quitting the show. He has reportedly already left the villa, making him the first contestant to leave the smash hit dating show.
A clearly thoughtful Liam had his mind full when he was about to make the shock announcement. Gathering all the other islanders at the fire-pit, Liam had their full attention.
He started slowly and said: "Obviously we all came in here for the same sort of reason. But I've not really been feeling like I've been giving a 100% Liam.

"Trying to find someone to leave the villa with, that you care about, obviously that's the goal. But when you're not feeling that, it sort of makes it very hard.
"I've been thinking long and hard about this. It's not a spur-of-the-moment type thing.
"So I've made a decision that I am going to leave the villa. It's been a breeze, it's been an absolute ball, you are all unreal."
The surprise move left fellow Love Islanders gobsmacked and they all quickly gathered for a group hug. Andrew said: "We all love him. We're all going to see him when we get out, 100%."
Viewers were quick to react on social media. Geri McMahon said: "He is the most genuine guy there. So sad he felt he had to go. But sometimes people show their true colours and I think he didn't like what he saw. That took guts. Best of luck to him x."
Stacey Marshallsay Sheppard added: "I really liked Liam. It's horrible he felt that way but he's done what's best for him."
Angel Garcia said: "Bless him. He did the right thing. It couldn't have been nice being ignored by all the girls in there."
Nicola Pearce Little said: "He was one of my favs. But glad he went as he is too good for this programme, no one there was his match. Best of luck Liam."
Jacqui Kellett said: "So glad he has gone he’s far better than anybody in there and I hope you find happiness outside. He’s a lovely young man."
Joanne Conroy said: "Gutted he’s gone, he seemed such a genuine guy. The best of luck Liam."
Irene Riley said: "He was a nice fella. I’ll miss him but he’s done the right thing for him!!"
Tracy Armstrong said: "What a lovely guy!!! I don’t think any of the girls were good enough for him tbh."
Emily Jayne Pugh said: "He did the right thing. Yes he will be missed, but he's got to put himself first xx."
