Lewis Capaldi announces 3Arena gig as part of Europe and UK tour

Lewis Capaldi is coming to Dublin with a headline arena gig as part of his newly announced Europe and UK tour.

The Forget Me singer, whose new album Broken By Desire To Be Heavenly Sent is out in May 2023, will come to the 3Arena this coming January in what is sure to be a great New Year gig. The show will take place on 30 January 2023 and tickets are sure to make for some brilliant Christmas presents.

Tickets priced from €55.30 will go on sale next Friday 28 October at 9 am from Ticketmaster. A pre-sale for fans is also set to take place on Wednesday 26 October.

Speaking about the new album, Capaldi said: "I don't want to create a new sound for myself, or reinvent myself. The songs I want to write are emotional songs, about love or loss.

“I felt like I was sounding better because I was just chilled out in my own gaff. Also, a lot of this record was made with most of the same people who I worked with on the first one: TMS, Phil Plested, Nick Atkinson and Edd Holloway. At least one of them's on almost every song.”
