Does Lenovo offer free delivery?
Yes, Lenovo offers free standard delivery on almost all laptops, PCs, and accessories shipped within the mainlaind UK.
If you are buying a pre-built computer, it usually arrives within just 2 to 3 business days. However, if you are customising a laptop your delivery times will be longer.
What is the Lenovo return policy?
Lenovo’s standard return policy in the UK is 14 days. If you receive your new laptop and decide it isn't quite right for you, you need to contact their customer service team within 14 days of delivery to get a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number. As long as the computer is returned in its original packaging without damage, they will issue a full refund and will not charge a restocking fee.
Does Lenovo have a student discount?
Yes, Lenovo has an education discount programme. If you are currently enrolled at a university, secondary school, or you are a teacher, you can access the Lenovo Education Store.
By verifying your student status via ID.me, you get access to a dedicated list of laptops and tablets that are automatically discounted by 10% to 15% all year-round.
Do Lenovo laptops come with a warranty?
Yes. All brand-new Lenovo laptops and desktop PCs purchased directly from their UK website come with a standard 1-year warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects or hardware failures that happen under normal use.
If you are buying an expensive laptop, like a Legion gaming laptop or an XPS, you will be given the option at checkout to upgrade this to Premium Care for a fee, which extends the warranty for up to 3 years and includes next-business-day on-site repairs.

What to do if a voucher code doesn’t work

How we make money
