Does Lenovo offer free shipping?
Yes, nearly all items on the Lenovo Store are eligible for free delivery. Any items that aren't eligible for free shipping will display any applicable fees at the checkout before you order. You should receive your order within 1 - 4 weeks (with custom orders taking longer to arrive).
What is MyLenovo Rewards?
MyLenovo Rewards is the tech brand's free loyalty program that lets you earn points back on your orders. Whenever you spend whilst signed in to your account, you'll earn between 3 - 9% of the order value back in points.
Every 1000 points can be used to get $1 off your items. Becoming a members also lets you access birthday rewards, discounts that are only available for members, and free faster delivery options.
Does Lenovo price match?
Lenovo will price match not only its own products, but comparable models from HP or Dell as long as it's on a nationally recognized online retailer. These retailers include Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, Micro Center, and Newegg, among others like Staples or B&H Photo.
To start your price match guarantee, you'll need to provide the machine specs and an online link to the model in question to Lenovo Sales. Note that the usual exceptions apply here, like special discount offers, gift card offers, coupons, and the product in question must be brand new also.
Does Lenovo offer a warranty on their products?
Yes, most Lenovo products comes with a standard warranty. However, you find out more about your current warranty plan by entering the product serial number into the associated text field on the warranty support page. This page will also allow you to upgrade your warranty if you wish to do so.
Do Lenovo accept returns?
Yes, customers can return items to Lenovo within 30 days of their purchase in exchange for a replacement product or a full refund, so long as items are returned in their original packaging and the condition they were received in.
You can start a return by contacting the Lenovo service team, who will provide a prepaid returns label to cover the cost of shopping once your RMA has been confirmed. Note that purchases from the Lenovo outlet have a shorter returns period of 14 days, so be aware of this if you are buying refurbished.

Just make sure to take advantage of deals sooner rather than later, as once stock is gone, the deals are gone for good.
Get a student discount
Lenovo offers bespoke discounts for students and teachers who can verify their status with ID.Me. If you're eligible, you can access an extra 5% in savings across the brand's range by signing in to your account and shopping through the student deals portal. Keep a look out around changing term times or back to school season for the best offers.
Get a military or professional discount
It's not just students who can save, either - active and retired members of the US military, their immediate families, first responders (such as fire service or law enforcement workers), healthcare staff and seniors (over 50) can also get an extra 5% off with ID.Me. As with the student discount, just sign in to your account to verify your status and access the dedicated deals portal.
Sign up for emails
Want to stay up to date with the latest Lenovo news as soon as it becomes available? You can join the brand's email mailing list for free through the site by providing your chosen email address. As well as info on products and promotions, you'll also receive the occasional exclusive discount you won't find anywhere else, helping you save a little extra.
How to use Lenovo promo codes
