NEIL LENNON has been reunited with former Rangers winger Brandon Barker in Cyprus after the 25-year-old signed a two-year contract with Omonia Nicosia.
Barker, who came through the youth system at Manchester City, departed Ibrox in January to sign a short-term deal with Reading having found first-team opportunities hard to come by in Govan.
The former England Under-20 internationalist worked under Lennon during a loan stint at Hibernian during the 2017/18 campaign and will be hoping to make an impression in the starting XI as Omonia gear up for a tilt at European football, following on from their Cypriot Cup win.
Barker is the second former Premiership player to have joined Lennon's team since the Northern Irishman was appointed in March, following in the footsteps of ex-Celtic full-back Adam Matthews, who has also signed a two-year deal in the Cypriot capital.
