Connacht wing Mack Hansen, Ulster lock Iain Henderson and Leinster number eight Jack Conan return for the potential Championship decider.
Ireland trail leaders France by two points, 16 points to the French’s 18, after losing their head-to-head in Paris last month 30-24.
France host England, who Ireland eventually overcame at Twickenham on Saturday, on the final day knowing a win will guarantee an eighteenth Six Nations title.
Australian-born Hansen, who scored a try on his second appearance in the defeat to France, replaces Andrew Conway.
Henderson comes in in place of Leinster lock James Ryan after the latter was forced off with a concussive injury in the first minute of the England game.
And Conan returns to the starting line-up after making way for Peter O’Mahony in the England game, with Caelen Doris switching back from eight to blindside flanker.
