Legendary singer Lionel Richie, 77, hospitalized on tour for third time

  • Lionel Richie has been hospitalised for the third time since June after experiencing heart problems during his ongoing tour.
  • The 77-year-old singer has cancelled his next three concerts with Earth, Wind & Fire following the health complications.
  • Richie underwent a common procedure for Atrial fibrillation (AFib), having previously been hospitalised for the same issue in June and August.
  • A representative for the artist confirmed the procedure went perfectly and that Richie is doing great.
  • The singer will take time off to recover before returning to the stage in the near future.
