Seamus Coleman has been called a 'legend' after surprising a lifelong Everton fan with a signed jersey and a house visit.
Coleman is the long serving Everton captain and regarded as one of the greatest players to ever play for the club.
And the Donegal man's reputation off the field surpasses his career on it.
And Coleman decided to surprise one life long Everton fan as he personally hand delivered a signed jersey en route to training.
The Anson family can be seen laughing as Coleman pops in for the unexpected surprise.
Coleman then asks Ray if he is all set for Christmas.
And the Ireland international stayed for a chat for 20 minutes before heading off for training.
Ray's Grandson Adam said on Twitter: "Grandad got a surprise visit off Seamus Coleman this morning. First time I’ve seen him absolutely speechless.
"Seamus was an absolute gent with him - handing over a signed shirt, chocolates and a card before catching up over all things Everton."
And he added: "Never seen his face light up so much.. it still didn’t stop him telling Coleman to get a grip of the lads"
And Everton and Ireland fans alike were full of praise for Coleman.
One social media user said: "Seamus is an absolute legend, has time for everyone"
While another said: "Absolute Quality from Seamus there… wouldn’t expect anything less from him to be honest."
