Legal hearing on recovering £400k embezzled by Peter Murrell pushed back three months

A PROCEEDS of Crime Act hearing for Peter Murrell, concerning the sum of more than £400,000 he embezzled from the SNP, has been postponed to December.

Murrell, who was jailed for more than five years for the crime in June, had been due to face the hearing on Monday. However, it will now take place on December 7.
