Temperatures are set to rise slightly in Leeds today, however there is a high chance of rain predicted by the Met Office. Temperatures will begin around 14C in the early morning before rising to 18C and 19C respectively into the early afternoon.
Temperatures will continue to rise, reaching a maximum of 22C around 1pm. The Met Office has predicted light rain around 4pm and then heavy showers between 7pm and 8pm.
The Met Office says: "Dry with some sunny intervals to start for most parts. Becoming increasingly cloudy with outbreaks of rain arriving from the west from late afternoon. Warm. Maximum temperature 24 °C."

Throughout the rest of the week, temperatures will stabilise around 20 and 21C with no rain forecast. There will be sunny intervals with some isolated showers across the county but Leeds is set to see a mostly dry and clear end to the week.
The Met Office forecast for Friday and across the weekend says: "Sunny intervals with isolated showers Friday. Breezy and cloudy with rain or showers initially Saturday, drier and brighter later. Dry to start Sunday with showers possible later. Temperatures near normal."
