Leeds United told they can 'turn' Leicester City supporters as Brendan Rodgers claim made

Talksport pundit Gabby Agbonlahor believes Leeds United can make the King Power Stadium an uncomfortable environment for Leicester City this evening if they score first against the Foxes.

While Leeds have not been in the best of form lately, Leicester are in absolute free fall. Brendan Rodgers side sit bottom of the Premier League through 10 games, having just won one game so far this term.

The King Power Stadium is an unhappy place at the moment, and Jesse Marsch and co could use that to their advantage to try and help them pick up their league first win since August 21.

The Whites have not won a game since beating Chelsea 3-0 in August but have produced some promising displays of late. However, they need a result against Leicester to prove their efforts in recent weeks have not gone to waste.

Leicester will be without star midfielder James Maddison, who is set to miss the Thursday evening clash due to suspension which should bolster Leeds chance.

And Agbonlahor believes if Leeds can take ahold of the game from the off by scoring early, they could make life very uncomfortable for Rodgers and Leicester.

"They're big games for the club, not just Brendan because I think Brendan Rodgers, I don't think he's too bothered if he got the sack," said Agbonlahor.

"Leicester, £20m, it's just his whole persona. But you look at Leicester, £20m they're going to have to pay Brendan Rodgers.

"They're looking at it like, I'm hoping he can pick it up because they don't want to have to pay him £20m compensation. If they lose tonight, that'll be 11 games, five points. It's looking very bleak down there for Leicester.

"Leeds have got to convince themselves that if they can get the first goal tonight, get the Leicester fans turned, they can win the game."
