Leeds United loan watch as hiatuses for Kiko Casilla and Alfie McCalmont continue

The January transfer window added two more names to the list of players currently loaned out by Leeds United.

Young duo Josh Galloway and Bobby Kamwa were both allowed to depart and joined FC United of Manchester and Dunfermline Athletic respectively.

They were both involved for their new clubs over the weekend but there was less action for members of the Whites squad with higher profiles, such as veteran goalkeeper Kiko Casilla and Northern Irish midfielder Alfie McCalmont.

The injury crisis which has engulfed Leeds also appears to extend to the loaned out contingent too, as there were also players unable to even make the bench for their temporary employers.

Leeds Live have rounded up how each loaned out player fared over the weekend.

Helder Costa

Costa was an unused substitute for Valencia in their 0-0 draw with Real Sociedad.

Cody Drameh

Dramah was cup tied after featuring for Leeds in their third round defeat at West Ham, so was unable to play for Cardiff in their defeat at Liverpool.

Ian Poveda

Poveda picked up an ankle injury in November and has not been seen in a Blackburn Rovers shirt since, although has been seen on social media completing his rehabilitation back at Thorp Arch.

Tony Mowbray's side visited Swansea City but fell to a 1-0 defeat on the road.

Leif Davis

Davis was in the Bournemouth side that suffered a humiliating FA Cup loss to National League side Boreham Wood.

He played the full 90 minutes.

Kiko Casilla

The veteran goalkeeper remains out of favour for La Liga side Elche and was an unused substitute as they defeated Alaves.

His last league start was in October when Elche came up against Casilla's former employers Real Madrid and lost 2-1.

Laurens De Bock

De Bock couldn't prevent Waregem from going down 2-0 to Genk.

The defender played the full 90 minutes for his struggling loan side.

Alfie McCalmont

Despite featuring heavily in the early stages of the season, McCalmont has not made a League One start for Morecambe in over a month.

He watched on from the bench as the Shrimps secured a 1-1 draw against Bolton Wanderers.

Elia Caprile

Caprile remains the first choice between the sticks for Serie C side Pro Patria, who occupy 17th place in the table.

They held Lecco to a 1-1 draw at the weekend and their on-loan Whites goalkeeper completed 90 minutes.

Mateusz Bogusz

The Polish playmaker was not in action as he remains sidelined by an anterior cruciate ligament injury.

He had been shining in the Spanish second tier with UD Ibiza but could not help as his side were beaten 2-0 by Almeria on Friday.

Ryan Edmondson

He opened his account for Port Vale in midweek but Edmondson was denied the opportunity to build on this as the clash between the Valiants and Salford City was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

Bobby Kamwa

The forward was handed another appearance from the bench as Dunfermline Athletic picked up a point on the road in the Scottish Championship against Ayr United.

He entered the fray as a 69th-minute substitute, replacing former Bradford City midfielder Dan Pybus, but could not fire the Pars to victory.

Josh Galloway

Galloway made a dream start to life on loan at FC United of Manchester, scoring and picking up the man-of-the-match award on his debut.

The Pitching In Northern Premier League side secured a 2-0 win over Witton Albion and Galloway, a winger who joined Leeds from Carlisle United in 2019, shone before being substituted in the 79th minute.
