Leeds United have reportedly slapped a £65m price tag on Raphinha, who has been previously tipped to move to Manchester United.
The Whites already look set to lose Kalvin Phillips to City and are said to be reluctant to let another key player leave. United are joined by Barcelona, Tottenham, Arsenal and Chelsea in being linked to the Brazilian.
Leeds' Premier League survival means they hold more sway in holding out for bigger fees for their players. And indeed it seems the club are going to be hard to bargain with, going by the latest rumours.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that the Yorkshire club are attempting to hold out for £65m. He claims the Gunners and Spurs are actively working on a deal, while Barcelona are yet to table a new bid.
Meanwhile, Nathan Bishop could be the latest goalkeeper to seal a move away from Old Trafford. Dean Henderson has secured a season-long loan to Nottingham Forest this week.
