NEW DELHI: In the wake of a season marked by his absence from 27 games due to various injuries, including one affecting his right foot, LeBron James, the star of the Los Angeles Lakers, won't be participating in the team's preseason opener against the Golden State Warriors this Saturday.
James, who is set to turn 39 in December and holds the title of the NBA's oldest active player, has intentions of seeing significant action during the preseason, preparing for his 21st NBA season.
