Following the pager attack that occurred in Lebanon on Tuesday, some of the victims are being transferred to Syria and Iran for treatment, as confirmed by the Lebanese health minister, Firass Abiad.

Minister Abiad stated that cases from the Bekaa Hospital were being transferred to Syria due to the close proximity between the two locations. He expressed gratitude to his Syrian counterpart for facilitating the transfer and for opening specialized hospitals in Syria to accommodate the injured individuals. Additionally, he mentioned that certain cases will also be evacuated to Iran for further medical care.

However, Abiad emphasized that the majority of the injured victims will continue to receive treatment within Lebanon itself. This decision ensures that the necessary medical attention is provided to those affected by the tragic incident.
