Leandro Trossard is in line to make his Arsenal debut against Manchester United, Mikel Arteta has confirmed.
The 28-year-old's move from fellow Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion - which football.london understands is a deal worth £21million plus add-ons - has been made official in the past hour with the Gunners unveiling their first signing of the January transfer window.
However, as the announcement has come rather late in the day, there may have been some concerns with regard to Trossard's availability for Sunday's big game at home to Man United. As per the Premier League regulations handbook, his registration must have been completed by 12pm on Friday afternoon to be in contention for a debut.
