Laura Anderson's ex Dane Bowers moves on with married mum-of-two after her pregnancy news

Dane Bowers has found love once again as his ex Laura Anderson prepares to become a mum for the first time.

The Another Level singer, 43, has been dating a married mum-of-two following her recent split from her husband - his first public romance since his split from pregnant Love Island star Laura.

Dane and the mum-to-be, 33, dating for five years and lived together in Dubai before calling off time on their romance in August 2022 - with Laura quickly returning home to the UK.

Laura went on to enter a relationship with Celebs Go Dating co-star Gary Lucy - with the pair expecting their first child together later this year - but called things off with the Hollyoaks hunk shortly after discovering she was pregnant.

As the reality TV star prepares to raise her child as a single woman, amid a messy split from ex Gary, it seems Laura's ex Dane has been a bit luckier in the love department.

The former singer is said to have struck up a romance with Dubai real estate agent Claire Collier, 42, over recent weeks, after her split from husband James following three years of marriage.

"Dane and Claire have been going on dates and getting to know each other in recent weeks but now their relationship is hotting up," a source has told the MailOnline.

"Claire has told friends and family that she sees a future with Dane and hopes they can start a new chapter together."

The source adds how Dane has wanted to "find the right person" and settle down for many years now, and once thought that woman was Laura prior to their split last year.

Dane reportedly found the break-up very difficult but his new romance with Claire "has put the spring back in his step".

Writing on her Instagram Stories to announce her split from Dane last year, Laura said: "Just to let all of my beautiful support on here know that unfortunately Dane and I have decided to separate.

"Thank you all for your continued support. Sadly we're just not right for each other but I do wish him nothing but love."

Speaking on Vicky Pattison’s podcast in 2021, Laura admitted she has come off the pill in order to try and conceive her first child with Dane.

She told the former Geordie Shore star: "We started trying really quickly. I’ve been on the pill for years – just so long I was on the pill – and I thought, do you know what, this probably is not that good for my body.

"And I was just like 'Should I just come off it and we won’t 100% try.'

But I got the app so I tracked when I’d be ovulating and he was like 'If you’re going to come off the pill we may as well track it and do it properly'."

Laura announced her first public pregnancy earlier this month, sharing the news on Instagram as she proudly revealed 'Baby Lucy' was on the way.

But the former flight attendant is no longer with her unborn baby's father - recently setting the record straight on her split from dad-of-four Gary.

Writing on her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Laura told her 1.5 million followers: "I had no intention to comment on the breakdown of my relationship with Gary. However, due to what has now been publicly shared by other parties, I have been left with no other choice.

"Gary and I are no longer together due to multiple reasons which will remain private. Our plan was for me to move to Essex to start our family which I was more than happy to do.

"However, since the breakdown of our relationship I have remained at home in Scotland. My priority is bringing my baby up in a calm and stable environment."

She added: "I never asked or expected Gary to move to Scotland. I fully support him living in Essex to be close to his four amazing children.

"I am fully focused on having a healthy, happy pregnancy and remain excited to share this incredible journey with you all. Thank you so much for you support! Laura, Buddy & Bump."
