Laura Anderson has apologised to fans for being quiet on social media after appearing to have split from her Hollyoak's star boyfriend Gary Lucy.

The Love Island alumni met the actor on the latest season of E4's Celebs Go Dating, but the pair seem to have parted ways after spending Christmas together in Scotland. Laura, 33, has removed all traces of Gary, 41, from social media and has even unfollowed him on Instagram.

The Scots star has posted a series of cryptic messages alluding to the split, and has told fans she is going through a tough time. Taking to her Instagram Stories, Laura said: "Sorry I've been quiet on the gram. ''I'm taking a wee break in Dubai.
