CHANDIGARH: In line with the wish of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who asked party workers not to celebrate his birthday due to protests over the Agnipath scheme, the Chandigarh Congress on Sunday organised social welfare programmes across the city to mark his 52nd birthday. The party spokesperson said that activists organised an open community kitchen in front of the Congress office and many people participated.
