Landsec, one the UK’s largest listed commercial property developers, has outlined plans to triple the size of its flexible office brand in London this year in a move that could attract tenants wanting to move away from less lengthy leases.
The FTSE 100 property giant will open three new ‘Myo’ locations totalling 139,000 square feet. The brand, which launched in 2009 and currently has 72,000 square feet in the capital, provides fully serviced offices and shared meeting and event spaces to companies looking for 10 desks or more on one to five year terms.
