A man has appeared in court on two charges of assault to severe injury and permanent disfigurement.
Shaun Clark, 28, appeared in private at Hamilton Sheriff Court yesterday in connection with an alleged incident in the Greenhills area of the town on Friday night.
That saw two teenage boys taken to hospital.
Clark, of East Kilbride, made no plea or declaration to the assault charges and to possession of a controlled drug under, as well as carrying an offensive weapon.
The case was continued for further examination and Clark was released on bail.
A date is to be decided for a further hearing.
