The Tampa Bay Times reported that Chris Jericho purchased a gated lakefront estate on Lake Keystone in Odessa, Florida, for $3.255 million in February 2019. The property covers 6.5 acres, although some reports round the figure to six acres. In May 2019, the Los Angeles Times reported that Jericho had listed his previous Lake Breckenridge home for $1.149 million. The property had 175 feet of shoreline, and its asking price was subsequently reduced. The Tampa Bay Times reported that the Lake Keystone estate had five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a six-car garage and a tennis court. The Tampa Bay Business Journal reported that the mansion was built in 1998 and had three half-bathrooms.
