A SCOTTISH Labour MP has been panned for pushing a debate in Westminster for an issue almost 200 miles away from his constituency.

Torcuil Crichton, the MP for Na h-Eileanan an Iar, secured an adjournment debate on Monday night to note the issues facing the Glasgow School of Art.
