Labor has pledged to boost internet in the regions, increasing the number of houses and businesses that have access to world-class speeds.
The party says it will lift the percentage of those with access to speeds of more than 100mbps from a third to 80 per cent in regional and rural Australia by late 2025.
The measure would benefit 3.7 million homes and businesses.
It builds on Labor's pledge to expand full-fibre NBN access to 1.5 million premises by 2025 as part of a consolidated $3.2 billion plan.
Labor's communication spokeswoman Michelle Rowland says the party will boost satellite data allowances as well as fixed-wireless speeds if it forms government in May.
"We will also push fibre much deeper into regional Australia, benefiting up to a further 660,000 homes and business," she said.
"Regional Australia will have better broadband under Labor."
All NBN users will be able to access speeds of 100mbps and up to 85 per cent will be able to access 250mbps, benefiting some 755,000 homes and businesses.
Monthly data allowances for 300,000 premises on SkyMuster satellites customers will also be boosted to 90gb a month.
The unmetered time limit of SkyMuster plus data will also be expanded to 16 hours, up from the current six-hour window.
