Kylie Minogue has spoken about a potential tour in the United States of America, as well as hinting at a collaboration with fellow pop icon Madonna.
As Kylie's hit Padam Padam continues to climb the charts, the 55-year-old has spoken at the annual KTUphoria festival, where she also headlined the show.
Sitting down for an interview, the former Neighbours actress was asked if there was a US tour on the horizon, with her quick to spill the gossip.
"I would love to. And I think now is the time. There I said it. Now is the time to do our best to make that happen," she teased in her chat.
She was then asked about how she has been posed the question about collaborating with another artist "for years".
Speaking about who Kylie might potentially collaborate with in the future, the interviewer brought up Madonna, to which Kylie responded rather positively to.
"I would. Of course, I would," she teased while chatting backstage at the festival.
Kylie then added: "She's going on tour. I don't have Madonna's number but if I was in town and she was in town it would be amazing.
"The building would probably fall down. We'd need to send out warnings," she joked.
Kylie then touched on how she is often asked about collaborating with Madonna, before recalling how she used to be "16 dancing around my bedroom to Madonna".
The Australian singer has just claimed her first Top 10 hit in the UK in more than a decade with her catchy new electro-pop tune Padam Padam.
The hit, which has garnered a massive fan base, has jumped three places in the recent UK charts meaning it is now sitting at number nine.
Kylie's last solo Top 10 hit came a year earlier than that, when the wistful, shimmering All the Lovers landed at Number 3.
She has also landed her first number-one hit on Billboard's Electronic Music Chart with the catchy tune.
