Kuwaiti Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal al-Ahmad al-Jaber Al Sabah held talks on Sunday with Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Secretary-General Dr. Nayef Al-Hajraf to mark the end of his tenure at the head of the organization.
During the meeting at the Bayan Palace in Kuwaity City, Sheikh Mishal hailed al-Hajraf's dedication to his duties during his term in office.
He praised his massive efforts in supporting joint Gulf work and consolidating its solidarity and unity.
For his part, al-Hajraf expressed his gratitude to Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf al-Jaber Al Sabah and Sheikh Mishal for their support to the GCC and himself during his tenure.
He also lauded Kuwait’s role and contributions to the GCC in service of the people of the Gulf, their growth and security.
