As he gears up for his boxing return later this year, KSI is targeting a 2022 clash against fellow YouTube star Jake Paul.
KSI - real name JJ Olatunji - will make his return to the ring on August 27, almost three years after his rematch with Logan Paul. The 28-year-old began his ring career with white-collar bout against Joe Weller, which set off a surge of fights between YouTubers.
Paul made his white-collar debut on the undercard of KSI's first clash against his brother Logan in 2018, stopping the Brit's brother Deji. 'The Problem Child' has since won five professional fights as he continues to improve inside the ring.
In a video uploaded by Happy Punch, KSI was asked by a fan about when he would be fighting with Paul, to which he responded: "Probably next year". The fan then replied: "we've been waiting for you to f*** him up" to which KSI said back: "I know, soon, soon."

KSI struggled to balance boxing with his music career but has finally made the time to book his comeback fight. 'The Nightmare' recently declared himself as the "king" of YouTube boxing having helped set the trend four years ago.
"Do you not understand who I am? I’m the king baby. It was Joe Weller, Theo Baker and then me. I took it to crazy levels and then was like I am out I will do music for a little bit but now I am back," he said on his YouTube channel.
"I am so excited to get back in the ring and I will show everyone that I am the greatest YouTube boxer and then there will be silence from all of these haters. I have been watching all of these p***** like Jake [Paul] and Austin [McBroom] thinking they are sick, just wait."
Since his lone professional fight against Paul's brother Logan, KSI has released two major hit albums. He has also continued to film YouTube content with immensely popular group Sidemen, who have over 15 million subscribers on the platform.
No opponent or venue has yet been announced for KSI's boxing return. The 28-year-old has been backed to face Alex Wassabi in his return, who defeated his brother Deji in March. KSI has also been linked with a fight against Conor McGregor's training partner Dillon Danis.
