If you’re looking for the perfect sweet treat to take to a street party for the King’s coronation in May, Cadbury and Fry have you sorted. The two brands have come together to create four limited-edition collectable ranges to celebrate King Charles’ big day.
The limited edition range will be decorated with a fancy-looking crown, specially designed for the occasion, similar to the one our new monarch will wear. The regal design will adorn just four of the brands’ products: Cadbury Dairy Milk, Cadbury Bournville, Fry’s Cream (chocolate, orange and peppermint) and Fry’s Turkish delight bars.
Over the years, Cadbury has marked many royal events dating back as far as King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra’s Coronation back in 1902. The most memorable commemorative tins came from the most recent Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953.

Brand Representative, Gemma Flanigan said: “Cadbury and Fry’s have a long-established history of marking Royal occasions, most recently for Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee last year where we produced a limited edition Roses tin and Cadbury Dairy Milk bar. As people across the country savour this special moment and join together to mark The King’s Coronation, we hope these new, commemorative bars will be a welcome addition to the celebrations this May.”
Prices across the range will vary starting at just £1 for the multipacks of Fry’s Creams and Fry’s Turkish Delights. Cadbury’s Bournville will cost shoppers around £2 while the 850g Dairy Milk bar will be just under £10 although these prices are just the recommended precise, retailers may set their own prices.
The range will be available from a wide range of retailers including local supermarkets, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, ASDA and Morrisons as well as convenience stores. Shoppers wanting to get their hands on the collectable items will have to wait until the beginning of April but could order the items online before the end of March.
But be quick as stock could sell out fast.
