Kim Kardashian is still hopeful of a healthy co-parenting relationship with her ex Kanye West despite his recent social media outbursts.
The pair were married for seven years before Kim, 41, filed for divorce last February. They share four children together; North, eight, Saint, six, Chicago four, and Psalm, two.
She has recently claimed that her estranged hubby's recent tirades have caused her "emotional distress" but isn't wanting their drama to pass down to their kids.
Kanye, 44, has blasted both Kim and her current partner Pete Davidson, 28, in a series of posts - some of which he has gone on to delete.
But he still keeps changing the script and pleading for her and his family back, while also hitting out at the Saturday Night Live comic.
Despite the public fallout and drama, Kim is said to be willing to continue trying to work alongside Kanye - now legally known as Ye - for the sake of their kids.
A source told Daily Mail: "Her ultimate wish at the end of the day is to have a healthy co-parenting relationship with Kanye and she will continue to make every effort to move things in that direction."
The insider touched upon Kim's concern for the rapper sharing their personal texts on Twitter - something Kanye had earlier addressed on his Instagram.
They continued: "Kim is concerned about how public everything has been with his social posts and how this will ultimately affect the kids one day when they grow up and might see all of this.
"At the end of the day, no matter how challenging things are between them she always wants the kids to view Kanye in the best light and have the best relationship with him. She was incredibly close to her father growing up and only wants that for her own kids."
Another source added that Kim is really trying to stay strong and is solely focusing on her kids and busy work life.
They praised the SKIMS founder's close-knit support system, which includes her famous family and a small circle of pals.
Kanye claimed on Thursday that he had made "Skete" quit social media after the star once again quit Instagram after being back for less than a week.
"Ran Skete off the gram," he wrote. "Tell your mother I changed your name for life."
But a source close to the actor denied he left because of Kanye's constant abuse and claimed he simply wanted to focus his energy on his upcoming projects.
