The reality star has been criticised for forgetting she has 'wealth privilege' and fans slammed for her 'out of touch comments' following a recent interview where she spoke about the lengths she goes to retain a youthful appearance.
The 41-year-old confessed to having "little bit of Botox" between her brows earlier this month, but denied ever having fillers or other surgical procedures done to her face, writes The Mirror.
Kim went on to explain her beauty routine, saying: "I care. I really, genuinely care about looking good. I probably care more than 90 percent of the people on this planet. It’s not easy when you’re a mom and you’re exhausted at the end of the day or you’re in school, and I’m all of the above. I do my beauty treatments usually late at night. After everyone’s in bed, I’m doing laser treatments."
