Kim Kardashian's personal trainer reveals star's workout routines for toned physique

Kim Kardashian's personal trainer Senada Greca has revealed how she keeps her client toned in a recent Instagram video. Greca, who was born in Albania, has more than four million followers on the social media platform and has been working with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star since the start of 2023.

Giving fans a glimpse of how she helps the mum-of-four maintain her hour-glass physique, Greca posted the socialite's glute and lower body workout. "We have been working together since January, and even with Kim's extremely busy schedule, she still makes it a priority to train," she said.

"I'm so proud of the progress we've made and excited to see where this journey takes us." The personal trainer then went on to post the exact workout Kim following during their session together.

The workout is as follows:

  1. Clamshells with thrusts - 16 reps x 3 sets each side
  2. Lateral goblet squats, band resisted - 12 reps x 3 sets each side
  3. Belted squats - 12 reps x 4 sets + dropset of 12 reps
  4. Seated abductions - 12 reps x 4 sets
  5. Sumo RDLs - 12 reps x 4 sets
  6. Hip thrusts - 12 reps x 4 sets + 8 half reps finisher
  7. Banded monster walks - 30 reps

The SKIMS founder has previously shared that she works out for two hours daily under Greca's expert eye for five to six days a week. According to Kim herself, her main fitness goal is to gain muscle and be stronger.

In a previous Instagram post detailing her work with Greca, she posted: "It always starts with small goals. I'm proud of our commitment together." The mother and entrepreneur confessed that she "already saw a big difference in her body" just three months into working with her new personal trainer.

On training Kim, Greca added: "It's my honour to be training with Kim and to see the person that she truly is: hard working, dedicated, consistent and caring. She puts in the work for two hours and never complains even when I push her past what she would think are her limits."

Senada Greca is a personal trainer to the stars, with clients including singer Bebe Rexha as well as Kim. She has often been branded 'the most shredded woman' on the platform thanks to her ability to do the dragon flag challenge and her inspiring core strength.
