Kim Kardashian stunned fans as she showed off her natural skin in a rare unfiltered selfie.
The 42-year-old SKIMS founder is routinely accused of heavily editing her snaps before sharing them online, but fans have now described her as a 'queen' for sharing a makeup-free picture.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, Kim posed for a photo as she took a trip to the dentist.
She decided to wear no makeup for the occasion, giving fans a glimpse at her flawless natural skin and freckles.
The Kardashians star had her long black hair braided and pulled to the side as she sat in the chair and prepared for a procedure.
Kim opted for a simple caption for her post, using a single tooth emoji.
Fans flocked to the comments to praise Kim for sharing the snap, which has amassed more than one million likes.
"Nice to see Kim’s skin without makeup or a filter," one person wrote, while another agreed: "Yes an unfiltered selfie!!!"
A third fan commented: "See!!! Shut up all those haters shes unfiltered unedited and still the most beautiful of all time."
Someone else penned: "Kim is pretty without make up goooosh," while another added: "Love an unedited queen."
Kim has been delighting fans in recent months by sharing more selfies showing off her natural look.
Back in November, the star shared a series of selfies with her daughter North West and decided to go completely natural for the snaps.
In the pictures, Kim showed off her sun-kissed skin as she pouted for the camera.
She's been open about her struggle with psoriatic arthritis over the years and often shares snaps of her skin without a scrap of makeup on.
Kim experienced her first psoriasis flare-up when she was 25 but it disappeared and only returned again when the mum-of-four was in her early thirties.
"For the past eight years, although the spots are unpredictable, I can always count on my main spot on my right lower leg, which consistently stays flared up," Kim wrote on the Poosh website when opening up about her struggles.
"I have learned to live with this spot without using any creams or medication—I just deal. Sometimes I cover it up and sometimes I don’t. It doesn’t really bother me."
Kim was praised for sharing her experience and normalising psoriasis, as she added: "If you have psoriasis, you can’t let it ruin your life or get the best of you.
"You have to do what you can to make sure you are comfortable but not let it take over."
