Kim Kardashian is reportedly following in her mother Kris Jenner's momager footsteps with her own daughter, North West.
That is the view of some online users who have criticised her very public showings with the nine-year-old.
The reality star's eldest daughter with ex-husband and rapper Kanye West is already a viral sensation on social media app TikTok, but Kim is said to have bigger plans for the youngster.
Earlier this week, the 44-year-old shared a sweet series of snaps with North and the duo posed in all-black, head-to-toe Chanel. Kim added the caption: "It’s North’s world, I’m just in it."
But fans took to the comments to slam the SKIMS founder for making North "grow up too fast," by allowing her to dress older than she is.
"You dressed her like a teenager, she is too young only nine," one wrote.
A second put: "She's only 9 leave her to live her age, you will regret one day."
A third added: "She is 9 or 10 but dresses and acts 20."
Meanwhile, sources have confirmed that the pressure has been "real" for North as they unveil Kim's plans for the nine-year-old.
"North is Kim’s first born. She’s always had hopes for her, but the pressure she puts on her, which may be unintentional, is real,” the insider told In Touch.
“Kim really thinks she’s helping her daughter," they continued. "North wants to be a big star, she says she wants to be bigger and more famous than her mom and dad. That’s an enormous amount of pressure to put on a little kid.
"If Kim had her way, North would already have her own reality show, clothing line and an established brand,” the source added, explaining that Kim wants to start building North's empire despite her still being in grade school.
“She’s not that far off though, it’s all part of the master plan. It’s all about being in the spotlight and staying relevant.
"That’s the Kardashian rule book – fame is the name of the game," they concluded.
