Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has given fans a look inside her luxurious $70 million oceanfront mansion in Malibu, California - and it's extremely impressive.
In the latest episode of The Kardashians, the 42-year-old gives her younger sister Khloe, 39, a first look of her beautiful brand new property that spans more than 7,450 square feet sitting on three acres of land. The lavish mansion has a gorgeous oceanfront view including four bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
Kim shares that it feels like a dream come true saying: “I bought a house in Malibu and this has been a dream of mine forever. It’s just one of those ‘pinch-me’ moments where I can’t believe I achieved a goal that I really didn’t think was realistic."
Her sister Khloe was shocked when she saw the mansion saying that the home was "so beautiful, it’s literally a little oasis." In the episode, Kim shows off the interior of her home explaining that she is planning to undergo big renovations including transforming one of the rooms into all-concrete and adding in completely new floors and windows in the living room. To which Khloe responds: "Obviously, I know how you do."
During the tour, Kim stands on the balcony with the waterfront view in the background, saying to her sister: "Is this not stunning or what?” to which Khloe replies: "“No. It’s so f***ing gorgeous. look at this view! This looks like a painting."
Mum-of-four Kim explains to her sister that her new home is going to be a "party house" but also "kid-friendly" to which Khloe laughs and responds, "So like Disney and then Disney after dark. Got it."
The SKIMS founder shares that she can't wait for all the memories she's going to make the home with her kids, nieces, and nephews and adds that she wants to add a playroom for the kids, to which her sister replies: "“You know where the playroom is? The beach. It’s called the f***ing beach.”
Inside the mansion, on the main floor there is a living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, and den with a fireplace and sitting area. The mansion also has spa-like bathrooms, walk-in closets, a gym, media room, three large bedrooms, and one separate bedroom that includes it's own entrance, bathroom, and kitchen. The property also has it's own private pool, cabana, and tennis courts.
The last owner of the home was Adam Weiss, who bought the mansion from Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber in 2018 for $45 million.
Kim bought the property last year which was listed as the largest Malibu real estate deal of the year and the fourth highest home sale in the whole state of California for 2022, according to The Post.
Kim, who has been accused of being disconnected from reality before, says: "It’s definitely a dream to have a house in Malibu and I think people think like, ‘They have all this stuff and they do all these things, and like it’s so normal.’ Like, It’s not normal. We know that" and adds: “It wasn’t like, ‘Oh, I got a house in Malibu. No big deal.’ It was like, I stood on the beach, like, tears down my face, like, ‘Holy s**t. I did this."
